Yes, if we really want to lose weight, we should avoid these foods. Personally, I've forgot about them in my weight loss Toronto diet program, because I don't have the permission to eat sweets, potatoes and so on... only low fat foods... healthy ones, lots of vegetables.
It's not very simple, but I'm very determined to achieve my goal of having a slim, fit body!
