8 Foods to Avoid to Lose Weight

Have you ever attended a party sitting in a corner and just noticing the size of each person coming inside? I do this usually believe me as the time passes on I see heavier persons coming in. The reason is that today we have more following listed evils in our diet than the previous days. Without going into the details of mechanism of weight loss I'm going to mention here 8 foods, one must avoid so that he can put a stop on his increasing weight.

Pizza

Pizza is the top most items one should avoid if he or she plans to loose weight. The reason behind this is the base of the pizza is made up of whole processed flour which contains the yeast as well. The top contains a lot of cheese which hinders the process of losing weight.

White bread

Substitute the white bread with bran bread

Creamy dressings

Italian dressing or any vinegar based dressings are better than creamy, mayonnaise dressings

Regular Drinks

Refrain from regular sodas but here you can go for the diet sodas

French Fries

To eat Potatoes fried in the lot of oil, is a biggest sin one can do who want to loose weight

Potato chips

Another name of potato fried in oil is potato chips, even if they are labeled as low fat don't eat them

Cake and Desert

Cakes and deserts even if they are fat free, contain a lot of processed flour so it is never a good option for the meals

Chocolate of any kind

Even the low fat chocolates have more calories then you should take at your one time meal, if you are on dieting

Yes, if we really want to lose weight, we should avoid these foods. Personally, I've forgot about them in my weight loss Toronto diet program, because I don't have the permission to eat sweets, potatoes and so on... only low fat foods... healthy ones, lots of vegetables.
It's not very simple, but I'm very determined to achieve my goal of having a slim, fit body!
